1. Aronia Smoothie


1/2 cup of frozen aronia berries

180 ml. orange juice

5 strawberries 

1/2 cup of raspberries

1 ripe banana

1 cup of applesauce

1 cup of plain vanilla yogurt

1-2 tablespoons milled flax seeds


Blend well, than enjoy!



2. Aronia Smoothie


1/2 cup of frozen aronia berries

2 ripe bananas

1 cup of plain yogurt

2-3 mint leaves

5 ice cubes


Blend well, than enjoy!




5. Aronia  Milkshake


3 tablespoons  of aronia juice

100ml. whole milk

1 cup vanilla ice cream


Simply combine in a blender, blend and enjoy.



6. Aronia berry Kefir Smoothie


1 ripe banana

1 cup of kefir

a squeeze of lemon juice


2 tablespoons of aronia berry juice


add honey to taste

add a squeeze of lemon juice to taste


Place banana chunks, aronia juice with the kefir into a blender then blend until smooth and frothy.


9. Salad of Aronia and spinach


Here is a great and healthy recipe with chokeberry.


ingredients:


2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

1 avocado

125 ml chopped cucumber

125 ml Aronia berry

2 tablespoons of apple juice

2 teaspoons of chokeberry

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 tsp honey

1 clove of garlic

125 ml olive oil

1 bunch spinach leaves

125 ml finely chopped carrots

 

Preparation:


In a mixer, add the vinegar, apple juice, aronia berries, honey, salt and garlic and mix well. Finally, add the olive oil and stir lightly.


Thus prepared dressing pour over spinach leaves, carrots, avocado, cucumber and 2 teaspoons of berry chokeberry.

3. Aronia berry Muffins


125 gr. butter 

100 gr. sugar

2 large eggs

2 tsp. vanilla sugar

2 tsp. baking powder

200 gr. all purpose flour

100 ml. milk

100 gr. aronia berries


Cream butter with sugar, add eggs, mix thoroughly .

Mix flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder, then add to egg mixture together with milk, stirring as much as needed to combine ingredients then add aronia berries.


Divide into 12 prepared muffin mold and bake at 400F for 20 minutes.




4. Aronia Oatmeal


1/4 cup of oatmeal

3/4 cup of water


Bring oats and water to boil. Cover and simmer for about 20-25 minutes.



Stir in:


1 tsp. flax seeds

2. tsp. walnuts

1 tsp. raisins

1 tsp. cranberries


Reheat and then add:


1/4 cup frozen aronia berries

Reheat slightly but don't cook.

Then add a teaspoon of honey, and enjoy!



7. Aronia berry Mojito


50 ml. rum

1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon of aronia juice

8 mint leaves

1 teaspoon sugar

club soda


Take your mortar and pestle and mash up the mint, lime and aronia juice . Add them to a highball glass, plus rum and ice and top off with club soda. Garnish with a lime slice and mint spring.



8. Aronia berry Vodka Coctail


750 ml. Vodka

100 ml. lime juice fresh

100 ml. aronia berry juice

8 mint leaves

1 liter of club soda


Middle mint leaves, blend aronia and lime juice in a pitcher. Stir vodka. Then add ice and top with club soda. Serve in a highball glass garnished with a mint leaves or skewer of aronia berries.
